REFUND & TICKET TRANSFER POLICY
At Roots & Reeds, we understand that life can be unpredictable. While we do not offer refunds for our workshops, retreats, or sessions, we aim to be fair and supportive within the following guidelines:
TICKET TRANSFERS

You may transfer your ticket to another person if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Transfers must be arranged directly with us via email or phone to ensure a smooth handover.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In rare and exceptional situations, we may offer alternative arrangements at our discretion. This could include partial credit or rescheduling, depending on the nature of the event and the circumstances involved.

We kindly ask that you communicate with us as early as possible if something arises.
EVENT CANCELLATION BY US

If we must cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. venue issues, illness, extreme weather), we will aim to refund all participants minus a small administration fee to cover incurred costs.

If cancellation is due to our own error or decision, a full refund will be provided.
IMPORTANT NOTES

Refunds are not available for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice).

All communications regarding transfers or exceptional requests must be made in writing.
