REFUND POLICY

REFUND & TICKET TRANSFER POLICY

At Roots & Reeds, we understand that life can be unpredictable. While we do not offer refunds for our workshops, retreats, or sessions, we aim to be fair and supportive within the following guidelines:

TICKET TRANSFERS
  • You may transfer your ticket to another person if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

  • Transfers must be arranged directly with us via email or phone to ensure a smooth handover.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
  • In rare and exceptional situations, we may offer alternative arrangements at our discretion. This could include partial credit or rescheduling, depending on the nature of the event and the circumstances involved.

  • We kindly ask that you communicate with us as early as possible if something arises.

EVENT CANCELLATION BY US
  • If we must cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. venue issues, illness, extreme weather), we will aim to refund all participants minus a small administration fee to cover incurred costs.

  • If cancellation is due to our own error or decision, a full refund will be provided.

IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Refunds are not available for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice).

  • All communications regarding transfers or exceptional requests must be made in writing.

  • We reserve the right to update this policy as needed, and any changes will be clearly communicated on our website.
