Yoga with Roots & Reeds is less about achieving shapes, and more about how you feel - in your body, your breath, and your nervous system.

Our classes are designed to support real life. Sometimes that looks like gentle movement and deep rest, sometimes is looks like steady strength and flow. Always, it's about meeting yourself where you are and moving with intention, awareness, and care.

There are a variety of options for yoga - from studio classes and private session to small groups, workshops, and retreats.
