Yoga with Roots & Reeds is less about achieving shapes, and more about how you feel - in your body, your breath, and your mind.
Our classes are designed to support real life and real bodies. It's always about meeting yourself where you are and moving with intention, awareness, and care. You don't need to be flexible, experiences, or confident to practise with me - just open to listening to your body.
There are a variety of options for yoga - from studio classes and private session to small groups, workshops, and retreats.
