We offer a number of therapies to support your wellbeing. Including Reiki, sound baths, and (coming soon) Thai Yoga Massage.

REIKI
Reiki is a hands-on or hands-off practice (always fully clothed) energy-healing practice that supports rest, balance, and nervous system regulation. Reiki can support physical tension, emotional overwhelm, stress, fatigue, and times of transition.
A session may include:

SOUND HEALING
Sound baths are immersive, deeply restorative experiences that invite the body and mind into rest.
Using instruments such as Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and gentle percussion, sound baths help calm the nervous system..
No experience is needed - you simply lie down, get comfortable and listen.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE
COMING SOON!
An amazing form of treatment that includes fantastic stretches and deep acupressure work. It is easy on the body but incredibly effective for releasing deep held tightness and tension.
Thai Yoga Massage is conducted fully clothed, and includes acupressure, massage, and gentle stretching. If you've heard of Thai Massage before and thought it a little too much for you, this is completely different!
