REIKI HEALING

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that supports rest, balance, and nervous system regulation. 

 

Sessions are deeply calming and offer space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Reiki can support physical tension, emotional overwhelm, stress, fatigue, and times of transition.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Reiki is a hands-on or hands-off practice (always fully clothed), guided by your comfort and consent.

A session may include:

  • Gentle energy healing

  • Guided grounding or relaxation

  • Time to rest quietly

  • Space to integrate and reflect

 

Each session is unique and shaped by what you need on the day.​

REIKI WITH ELEMENTS OF SOUND

Some Reiki sessions may also include subtle sounds - such as Tibetan bowls or chimes - to support deeper relaxation and integration.

​

This gentle combination can help the body and mind to settle more quickly and encourage a sense of spaciousness and ease.
