This 90-minute masterclass blends myofascial release techniques (think foam rolling but using tennis balls) with yin yoga poses to help improve circulation, support recovery, and enhance overall performance. Release tension, improve mobility, and help your body move more efficiently. Give your body the attention it deserves, and support everything else you do.


Expect a slower-paced session focused on rest, recovery, and conditioning. Perfect for anyone who trains regularly, feels tight, or wants to move and perform better.
