Meet Helen
Helen is a yoga teacher and mindfulness guide passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and rest. As the founder of Roots and Reeds, she creates welcoming spaces where people can slow down, feel supported, and explore practices that nurture both physical and mental wellbeing.
Inspired by her own journey towards finding more balance and calm, Helen teaches with warmth, empathy, and a down-to-earth approach. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and seasonal events, she encourages people to move away from pressure and perfection, and towards practices that help them feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in everyday life.
