Somehow… we’re here. December! The month where the diary fills itself, the to-do lists multiply, and we collectively wonder how on earth the year has gone so fast.
This time of year can feel full in every possible way — festive gatherings, school events, Christmas shopping, end-of-year deadlines, family commitments, and a general sense that everything needs to happen right now. And while lots of December is joyful, it can also be overwhelming, exhausting, and overstimulating.
So this year, I wanted to offer something different. Something grounding. Something nourishing. Something just for you.
INTRODUCING: 12 DAYS OF WELLNESS ADVENT CALENDAR
From 1st–12th December, you’ll receive a daily moment of calm. Including short yoga or stretch videos, meditations, breathwork, wellness tips and recipes - giving you little reminders to pause, breathe, and soften.
Nothing long. Nothing demanding. Just small, supportive rituals you can weave into even the busiest December day.
These 12 days are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember that you’re allowed to have pockets of rest — even in the busiest season of the year. Especially in the busiest season of the year.
WHY IT MATTERS
Taking five minutes for yourself doesn’t make you less productive, less present, or less festive. It usually makes you more grounded, more spacious, and more able to enjoy what this month brings.
The 12 Days of Wellness is my way of gifting you that space — a gentle invitation to look after your mind, your body, your breath, and your energy.
